Travelgame Dreams (VAT number: FI31385716 Kattajantie 11, FI-08680 Lohja, +358456788143, mike@crosstravel.fi) sells products to private persons over 18 and businesses, primarily to Finland and the European Union, occasionally also to other destinations worldwide. Product prices include value-added tax (VAT). We reserve the right to make changes to prices and delivery charges. The webshop complies with Finnish legislation.

Placing orders

Products are ordered on the website by adding them to the cart and by paying for the contents of the cart in the payment service. All customer information is processed with confidentiality. Contact details obtained in connection with the order will not be used for other purposes than delivering the order or for resolving issues with the order, unless specifically agreed otherwise. By ordering from the webshop, you are required to read and accept the delivery terms in force at that time.

Payment and payment methods

The payment method for making purchases on the website www.crosstravel.fi is Checkout.fi and PayPal. Through PayPal, you can make payments with the most common credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. PayPal is an international and secure online payment service. PayPal is a free payment method that does not require registration for paying with credit cards.

All prices include VAT. The order summary includes details about all fees related to the products, such as postal, delivery and packaging fees, etc.

Order and payment confirmation

Within a few minutes after successfully placing an order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. Sending the order confirmation requires that you provide a valid email address as you place the order.

Delivery methods and fees

Delivery fees are displayed on the page where you select delivery and payment methods. We deliver ALL orders by mail. Orders can be tracked with a tracking ID.

Delivery time

Orders are usually delivered within 2-8 days after payment, depending on the destination country. We are not liable for force majeure delays or inconveniences caused by such delays. We will provide information about known deviations from standard delivery times on the front page of the webshop.

Right of withdrawal and terms for returns

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to cancel your order within two (2) months of receiving the order. You must give a notice of cancellation that includes the following details: your name, your address, the date of the order and the ordered product. The notice of cancellation is delivered through the contact form or by mail to the returns address below. The product must be returned by mail within 14 days of giving the notice of cancellation, in unused condition and in its original packaging. The customer must cover expenses arising from the return. Include a copy of the notice of cancellation with the returned order. If the product has been used, we reserve the right to charge for the depreciation of the product.

Also include your name and contact details. We will refund your payment, using the payment method used in your order in its entirety within 14 days upon receiving your returned order, provided that the product has been returned in unused condition and in its original packaging.

Unclaimed parcels

Leaving a parcel unclaimed is not interpreted as a product return or order cancellation. We charge a fee of €24.00 for unclaimed parcels for which a separate notice of cancellation has not been given.

Problem situations

If the product has gone missing or has sustained damage during transport or it otherwise does not correspond to your order, you must notify us of the issue within two (2) months, at the latest, in accordance with the terms specified in the section 'Right of withdrawal and terms for returns'. If the parcel has been damaged during transport, a reclamation must immediately be filed with the seller of the product.
